These roles are based in Papakura and Takanini, and while the positions will start in January 2025, interviews are being conducted now. If you're seeking career growth and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Picking and packing of products in a warehouse environment.Operating forklifts (counterbalance or reach) safely.General warehouse duties, including stock management.Experience and Skills:Warehouse Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in picking, packing, and general warehouse operations.Forklift Operation: Proven ability to operate forklifts safely (e.g., counterbalance or reach forklifts).Certifications:Health & Safety Knowledge: Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations. Additional certifications like Site Safe or First Aid are a bonus.Soft Skills and Attributes:Teamwork: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.Problem-Solving: Ability to address issues such as misplaced stock or equipment malfunctions quickly.Reliability: Punctuality and consistent attendance.Communication: Clear communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and team members, including over 2-way radios.Bonus Skills (Additional Pay):MPI Accredited Person: Certification as an MPI Biosecurity Approved Person.Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
