The team
Join our esteemed McCain Hastings team, where we take pride in producing and packaging high-quality vegetables for both domestic and international markets.
The role
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our night shift team! You'll work with your team on a 4 nights on, 4 nights off roster, with 12-hour fixed shifts, 6pm to 6am.
Key tasks include :
Transporting raw materials to and from packing / processing areas
Scanning of materials
Accurate completion of relevant documentation
To be successful in this role you must :
Hold health and safety in high regard
Have a current New Zealand OSH Forklift Licence
Ability to use inventory systems and forklift scanners
Have a passion for delivering results, be a logical thinker, and have proven problem-solving skills
Communicate well and be a team player
Be willing to chip in with various other production tasks when required
Be able to work 12-hour night shifts
