Forklift Driver

We are currently seeking a skilled Forklift Driver to join our growing team based in Napier.You will be responsible for:Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse or production areaSafely operate a "slip sheeter" forklift to move materials and load containersLoad and unload by physically stacking materials from loading containers (i.e., 20kg)Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the appropriate personnelStack and organize raw materials and finished products in allocated warehouse spaceOffload incoming goods and inspect for damage and compliance with product descriptionsIdentify workplace safety hazardsFollow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuriesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with other duties as needed, such as inventory management or order pickingWhat You Will Bring:Valid forklift operator certification/licenseProven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial settingKnowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to forklift operationAbility to lift heavy objects (i.e., 20kg) and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a teamApplicants for this position should be NZ citizens/PR or have a valid NZ work visa.If you are a passionate and talented person who relishes the idea of becoming part of One Pure, then come join our team!
