Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met, whilst maximising your team's daily productivity and ensuring the quality of works. Ensure your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures. Have great people management and open communication skills. Support the training and development of your team. Minimum Requirements: Full Class 4 License. W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements. Staff supervision and proven experience as a final level grader operator in the civil construction industry. Experience with communication to and leading others. A background in both earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction. All successful candidates must undergo and pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
