If you are passionate about precision and want to make a difference, this is the perfect role for you!In addition to the above you will:Operate grader machinery to perform tasks such as grading, levelling, and finishing road surfaces.Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance of the grader.Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project timelines are met.Ensure your team adheres to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.Have great people management and open communication skills.Support the training and development of your team.We're looking for someone with:Class 4 License.W,T,R (wheels, tracks, and rollers) endorsements.Staff supervision and proven experience as a final level grader operator in the civil construction industry.Experience with communication to and leading others.A background in both earthworks and road construction, including pavement construction.Creating, Connecting and caring for the communityOur people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
