The opportunityWe are looking for an experienced Foreperson to join our Waipaoa Maintenance crew.
In this role you'll see yourself responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of an operational crew to deliver work on time, on budget and safely.

We're looking for someone with:Minimum of 3 years' experience in civil construction / maintenanceMinimum class 2 licenceWTR endorsementsA background in road construction, including pavement constructionProven experience in supervising and leading a crewPrevious plant experience in a construction environmentAbility to communicate clear expectations to your team and suppliersAccountability for resources, including people management and supply allocationA can-do attitude and the ability to problem solveAn unwavering commitment towards safety with a safety record to matchCreating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills, and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
