Foreman (Pre-Cast)

Job descriptionPlan, schedule, and coordinate precast production activities to meet project deadlines.Monitor and optimize production workflow to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Coordinate with production managers, supervisor and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations.Manage the production labour and raw materials required for precast production.Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of precast workers.Assign work tasks and responsibilities, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality workmanship. Supervise concrete pours and ensure coverup inspections are undertaken.Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Identify and mitigate potential hazards or risks associated with precast production activities.Job detailsFull-time permanet role with minimum 40 hours per week Monday to FridayPay $30.61 per hour plus overtime3 years minimum revelvant experience in carpentry including concrete experience
