Forecourt Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Forecourt Administrator to join the team at Washer Road on a permanent basis! 
This is a unique role providing administrative support to two different departments for the first and second part of the year.
From January to the end of the Mainpack season you will supervise and direct the Washer Road Forklift & Documentation Teams to achieve effective fruit reception, storage, and transfer of fruit.
Following the Mainpack season, this role will change focus to provide administrative and parts support to the Assets and Maintenance Team during EastPack's major maintenance period.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to work as part of a team within a diverse seasonal workforce and the ability to build strong relationships with our key stakeholders. 
You will also need:
An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. The ability to effectively lead and organise a team. Strong initiative and good decision making when dealing with multiple tasks and demands. The ability to work to deadlines and make sound decisions while working under pressure.Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends as required. Applications will need to include a detailed cover letter and CV.
