@birriabossnz Job Description: As a Food Truck Shift Lead at Birria Boss, you will be an integral part of our operation.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers, answer their questions, and ensure they have a positive dining experience.
Food Preparation: Lead in the preparation and cooking of our signature dishes, including Birria tacos and Birria ramen, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the food truck, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration: lead team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements: Customer Service Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Culinary Skills: Advanced cooking skills and a willingness to mentor staff and train them  in cooking techniques.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Legal Requirements: Must have NZ permanent residency or citizenship.
