Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food Technologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, testing, and improvement of our health supplements. Key Responsibilities:
Develop new health supplement formulations and improve existing products.
Conduct research on new ingredients, technologies, and trends in the health supplement industry.
Perform product testing and analysis to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with contract manufacturers to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure product consistency.
Oversee the quality control procedures and ensure all products meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.
Prepare technical documentation, including product specifications, ingredient lists, and safety data sheets.
Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, ensuring all products are compliant.
Assist in the development of packaging and labeling that meets regulatory requirements and market trends.
Provide technical support and training to sales and marketing teams.
Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food technology or a similar role, preferably in the health supplement industry.
