Job details Food Service Supervisor Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience 1 year to less than 2 years.

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Shifts: Day, Night, Weekend, Shift, Morning
Start date: Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules
