It includes, among others:Managing projects from concept to factory production and market launchBuilding and deepening relationships with external customers and suppliers and internally with other members of the greater Springbrook teamResearch, experiment and develop new products/improve existing productsMake presentations to customersSet up and, at times, host tasting sessions to evaluate your creationsEnsure all products developed comply with FSANZ food safety standardsCreate and input the required information for product information forms (PIFs)Complete nutritional and ingredient declarations in our data systemsSupport other functions, such as food quality and purchasing, in validating alternative ingredientsConduct shelf-life tests and other relevant evaluations (e.g., pH, viscosity) to ensure quality productsAttend factory trials for scaling up your products from the labLook out for others and ensure, as far as you can influence the situation, that no one at work is harmedKey terms of employmentSalary: NZD 75,000 to 95,000Hours: Full-time (minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)Applications welcome between today, Monday 16 December 2024 and Friday 24 January 2025 at 3.00pm.
