Food Preparation Assistant

Fergburger proved to be extremely popular with the locals and tourists, so from 2011 Fergbaker was born and since then we have gone on to open two Mrs Ferg Gelateria stores, Ferg's Bar and most recently Fergbutcher. Our Ferg stores have become a must do when visiting Queenstown.
About the Role:
Prepare food to established specifications and recipes for Fergburger.
Responsibilities:
Examining food for quality
Regulating temperatures of ovens, fridges, and other cooking equipment
Seasoning and portioning food
Storing food in temperature controlled facilities
Preparing the staff roster when required
Requirements:
Must be available to work day shifts from 7am
Full time work, 5 shifts per week
Work in a fast pace environment
Be able to work effectively and efficiently in a team
