Job overview
Your day as a Food & Nutrition Lead would include:

Leading the school food and nutrition programme, developing a curriculum that empowers our students to have a healthy relationship with food.
Delivering individualised and engaging lessons to help students develop their culinary skills and knowledge.
Overseeing our school cook and kitchen, ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to and a variety of meals are served in line with School Food Guidelines.
Supporting the Sixth Form students to plan, shop, budget, and meal prep.
Inspiring our students to become creative with food and create a variety of dishes.
Working with our multi-disciplinary therapy team to implement a healthy eating plan across the whole school.
Supporting our students to cater for events internally, with a view to provide catering externally as well.
Assisting with long-term goals such as paid employment within catering or hospitality, further college courses, etc.
