Your day-to-day Giants Bar & Restaurant, located within the Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park, is looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team!
Ensure guests have a smooth and memorable dining experienceBarista skills will be held in high regardEnsure meetings and events are accurately prepared or & the rooms are set upCreate Rosters and approve timesheetsYou'll be responsible for coordinating the duties of Food & Beverage Attendants and will ensure that operations between the different areas of Food and beverage are running smoothly.Take appropriate action on all guest feedback to ensure continuous improvementTrain & develop your team using a leadership style that creates a positive environmentWork closely with the Front Office department to ensure a seamless experience What we need from you Ability to work in the mornings or eveningsA positive and energetic attitude with a "can do" approach means you're happy to roll up your sleeves and help everyone outAbility to be self-motivated and a self-starter that can take the lead in any situationPrior Supervisory or Team Leader experience in a hotel/hospitality position With your own signature flare, you'll turn our high standards into memorable meals for every guestKnowledge of F&B operations (this could include knowledge of some or all of the following areas: Barista, Bar, Restaurant or Banquets)What we offer Well...where do we start?!
