Our Copthorne Palmerston North hotel is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to contribute to our reputation for outstanding service and a fantastic team environment. This is a crucial role, and while supervisory experience is preferred, we will also consider candidates with at least one year of experience as an F&B Attendant who are eager to advance their careers. If you have proven experience in functions and events, that's a plus! Flexibility for shifts—including weekends and split schedules—is essential, as is a genuine passion for mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to their role and inspire a team. A solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgets, wage costs, revenue, and cost control systems, will be beneficial. Experience in stock management and scheduling will also be advantageous. By joining our welcoming team, you'll enjoy stable employment for 12 hours per week while being part of one of New Zealand's leading hotel brands. Pay ranges from $25 to $27 per hour.
