Job Description

Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests
Supervise Food & Beverage Attendants on shift
Support guest queries and complaints in relation to our restaurant & conference operations
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Professional and outgoing demeanour
Managers license or LCQ preferred
Experience working in a hotel environment
Proven ability to work under pressure
High level of spoken and written English
