Working in and managing the day-to-day operations of the Highlands Café is part of the role. We are a seven-day a week operation and the Food and Beverage Manager must a be available on at least one weekend day each week (the days off for this role will primarily be Sunday/Monday). There are also occasional early starts and late finishes.
