Tasks & Responsibilities Monitor service quality and staff performance to maintain high guest satisfaction levels
Identifying and growing revenue streams in all food & beverage departments
Ensuring adequate control systems are in place for stock control, inventory management, stock requisition, and expenditure.
Building a highly engaged and driven ELEVATE culture with a focus on engagement, performance management and identification, development and retention of high potential team members
Producing or overseeing the release of staff rosters on a weekly basis, whilst maintaining wage costs to financial forecasts and budgets.
Qualifications & Experience Experience in a commercial hotel environment as a Food & Beverage Manager
License Controller Qualification and General Manager certificate would be favorable.
Proven understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
