Food & Beverage Floor Manager

About the role As a Food & Beverage Floor Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. You will also be responsible for the?supervision of the?Food & Beverage?Teams to ensure consistently?exceptional guest service standards are upheld. We're looking for a positive and self-motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexibility with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The ideal candidate will have: 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high-volume restaurant, bar or events,  exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills, a friendly, positive and 'can-do' attitude, a current LCQ and Manager's License, a current First Aid certification.
