Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain operational excellence while showcasing the best of Te Puia's hospitality and culture.Working across our unique venues – from the Pataka Kai Restaurant to our Hia Kai Café & Bar and stunning function spaces overlooking the Pohutu geyser – no two days are the same. Whether managing dining services, overseeing client events, or leading operations during shifts, you'll ensure our manuhiri leave with lasting memories of world-class service infused with the spirit of Maori culture.As part of a diverse and dynamic team, you will also support staff development, mentor team members, and champion Te Puia's values of innovation, excellence, and kaitiakitanga.
