The Role We have four luxury restaurants and a functions team at Millbrook Resort, the role involves ensuring guests are warmly greeted, as well as, delivering a unique and unforgettable dining experience. We focus on being a part of a collaborative team, delivering a tailored five-star guest experience. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working mainly in breakfast service and we have other F&B venues available include Kobe, which has an innovative interpretation of Japanese cuisine. The Hole in One Café is fast paced casual dining and is renowned for our beautiful coffees. The Millhouse restaurant, where we pride ourselves in a seasonal menu of elegant dishes and an award-winning wine list. The Senior Food & Beverage Attendant role will be hands-on operationally, and have excellent leadership and organisational skills.
