Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role, a passion for exceeding our diners' expectations and great knowledge of food and beverages.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and has the enthusiasm that will inspire a team of restaurant and beverage superstars.This is a hands-on role which requires leadership skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure whilst leading a busy restaurant and bar team to ensure exceptional service.The successful candidate will have experience as a Supervisor or ready to take that next step with three years or more of food and beverage experience.
You will be conversant with Sale of Liquor responsibilities.
