What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor with a genuine passion for developing the next generation of hospitality professionals, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused and effective under pressure. A solid general knowledge of food and a keen interest in beverage, in particular NZ wine and cocktail making is a must.
Proven skills and experience in a leadership role with the ability to lead a team.
Flexibility and availability for variable rostered shifts, including weekends, is essential. A good understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, wage costs, revenue targets, and cost control is highly beneficial. Experience with stock management and scheduling will also be advantageous.

This is a full-time role, providing 40 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have flexibility, as shifts will include nights and weekends. The pay ranges up to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
