We are currently looking for a Food and Beverage Superstar who is hands-on and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience! Job DescriptionBe accountable on a shift basis for the outlet's operations through effective people management.Work hands-on as part of a team to deliver efficient 5-star service.Perform basic day-to-day food and beverage service tasks.Open and close the restaurant or outlet as required.Pack in and out for events as needed.Take customer orders and maximise sales opportunities through product knowledge and suggestive selling.Ensure the correct use of the POS (Point of Sale) system.Promptly deliver orders from the kitchen and bar areas.Check ordered meals upon collection from the kitchen and deliver them promptly to guests, maintaining their temperature and appearance.
