As our new Food and Beverage Operations Manager you could be leading the charge to ensure our guests enjoy a truly memorable experience – whether they've worked up an appetite for a full conference banquet or are just joining us for their favourite hot beverage.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionalsDelivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed themManaging food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practicesWorking closely with the finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenueMultitasking to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet, room service, and restaurant facilities – as well as a number of supervisorsWorking closely and collaboratively with our Kitchen and C&E teams to ensure our output meets high levels of customer satisfactionWeekly team member rostering and leave planningWhat We need from you:
Bachelor's degree/diploma or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field4+ year's related experience including a leadership positionAbility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and Public HolidaysA True Hospitality attitudeLCQ certificate will be advantageousWhat you can expect from us:
