Food and Beverage Duty Manager (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)Full TimeHIND managementThe Role | Te mahiThe Food & Beverage Duty Manager is responsible for the supervision and day-to-day operations of the food and beverage team on shift in the hotel.
This includes covering restaurant, bar, room service, mini bar, and function operations while maintaining standards and enhancing the guest experience.

As an Accor franchise property, this role consistently delivers a product and service experience that aligns with the Novotel brand and the Accor Heartist principles.Drive revenue to achieve and exceed budgeted revenue.Account for stock utilized in the operation and order all stock through the company purchasing system as required.Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.Be proactive in controlling costs, being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability while maintaining standards.Continuously work to improve the efficiency of the restaurant by optimizing productivity with the lowest possible cost.
