Purpose As Food & Beverage Attendant, you bring every dining experience to life!
You demonstrate care and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, all with a smile, to make every guest feel right at home whether they're dining in our restaurant, ordering room service or attending a conference or event.
Primary Responsibilities Respond to guests' needs by welcoming and guiding their enquiries efficiently.
Deliver great guests experiences by following the sequence of service.
Your menu knowledge is profound – you recommend dishes and guide guests' decisions.
Perform table service by taking orders and playing them through micros.
Proficient and efficient in all food and drink delivery processes.
Continually monitor the guests' progress, ensuring needs are met and exceeded.
Manage your section, developing awareness of the immediate area and the greater restaurant space.
Gather guests' feedback and pass onto the F&B supervisor or manager.
Keep consistent and open communication lines in all relevant matters such as guest feedback and special requests, timing and low stock.
Support the set up and pack down of conferences and events.
Assist with the servicing of conferences and events, using the BEO as the reference for timing and meal specifications.
Keep your Manager informed of any problems and unusual matters.
Cleanliness and tidiness are a priority – you keep the F&B outlet looking immaculate.
This isn't an exhaustive list – your Manager may have other reasonable tasks or instructions on occasion.
Skills, Experience and Requirements You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Handlers Certificate.
You (ideally) have 1-2 years' prior experience in a similar role and similar property.
You can physically meet the demands for this role including constant standing & walking, frequent lifting, pushing and moving of objects up to 20 kgs, carrying of plates and glassware and fine motor skills.

You make sure your team always look the part too.
Exceptional communication skills - Multilingual would be viewed as an advantage, with spoken and written English at a proficient level.
Shift work will be required on a rotating roster and may include late shifts.
Flexibility is a must.
