This role is predominantly evenings and can be flexible according to your schedule and prior commitments. Staff lunch and dinner are included daily along with a staff discount on food and beverage.Remuneration starting from $25 depending on experience and the role you may step up into.You will not be considered for this role without prior experience. Our successful senior waitstaff are responsible for:the well-being and efficiency of all staff on shifthelping run an efficient service on the floorensuring upwards of 200 customers per night are looked afterensuring our standards are brought forward in any given servicehaving the ability to adapt and learn within a well-established team and premisesexpediting a high volume pass in an open kitchenan understanding of KPIs, targets, and upsellingWe offer in-depth training, giving our staff an education and understanding in the world of wine, food, and customer service. We can work our training programme around your notice period if needed. We expect our senior team to have successfully navigated all sections in the restaurant and will oversee your onboarding accordingly.Beneficial but not required:2-3 years experience managing or serving in a similar environmentGood understanding of different wines, beers, and spiritsShow initiative and aspire to contribute to the teamCommitment and a wish to grow within the hospitality sectorWe will not consider any applicant without the correct NZ visa.
