Add expected salary to your profile for insights St Martha is a newly renovated licensed eatery with a strong cafe focus 7 days a week.
We are looking for someone with great personality and leadership skills to help our Cafe Manager and Head Batista lead our hard working crew.
We require someone experienced and with the confidence to run a floor service and manage the team in the Cafe Managers absence.
Always creating a positive and supportive work environment for our team.
Someone who will host our customers and attract new ones into the business, while making their mark on a newly developed site.
We also have a catering and events branch to the business so there are always opportunities to do something new and fun.
We are proud of the team we are building at St Martha.
It is important to us that the ideal candidate has positive energy, is hard working, reliable, self-motivated, can manage junior staff, works fast and works hard.
Current LCQ certificate or Managers Certificate are preferable but not essential - we can support you on this.
