About the role: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role by: Building Connections : Forge strong relationships with supermarket buyers to boost our market presence. Launching Products : Roll out innovative products that hit the mark with customers. Maximizing Visibility : Ensure our products stand out and are prominently displayed in stores. Driving Sales : Partner with the marketing team to execute strategies that elevate our brand and sales performance. Work Hours and Benefits Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM (flexible) Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience Additional Benefits : Car/mileage compensation, phone allowance, and the opportunity for annual bonuses/commissions Requirements: We are seeking someone who is: Independent : Able to work autonomously, particularly since this role is based away from our Auckland office. Confident : Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting our products. Trustworthy : Reliable in managing responsibilities and maintaining client relationships. Personable : Friendly and approachable, capable of building rapport with various stakeholders. While some experience in sales is preferred, we value the right attitude and are open to candidates looking to upskill.
