This job is only for ABROAD, (not for INDIA)Call & WhatsApp to Ms. Neha - 9870170629Job Responsibilities:Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives through revenue growth management, category/shopper initiatives, and building brands in-store objectives.Financial Management: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.Market Expansion: Identifying new markets, customer segments, and distribution channels to expand the business.Team Leadership: Managing and motivating sales teams to achieve targets along with coaching and development of the team to maintain a talent pipeline.Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.Forecasting and Planning: Analyzing market trends, demand, and inventory to optimize sales planning forecast into IBP process and working cross-functionally to mitigate risk.Performance Metrics: Monitoring sales performance, revenue, and profitability.
