We are looking for an experienced Flooring Specialist to join our team.
Your role will be to execute daily activities and successfully complete commercial construction flooring repairs and/or finishing within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
Details • Permanent Full Time Location : Auckland • Pay : $29.66 - $30.00 per hour • Current Vacancies: 1 Position • Working Hours Between : Monday to Saturday / 6am to 5pm • Hours : 40 Hours Weekly Job Requirements include • Ensure tools, plant and equipment's are fully operational • Perform measurements of work derived from plans or onsite visits • Giving guidance on the best floor products available, listening to customers' needs and requirements • Perform checks around condition of underlying surfaces before completing floor covering with required materials • Use various coverings/coatings, prep work to floor surfaces and chemicals to complete required task for the projects About You At least 3 Years experience in floor repairs and using different coating applicationsExperience in working in commercial construction industriesExperience in measuring and quotingA strong focus on customer service with a 'can do' and helpful attitudeStrong numerical and written communication skillsPhysically fitBe a team player and a great problem solverUnderstands and follows a healthy and safe working environmentA New Zealand Drivers Licence would be an advantage but not essential.You will need to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
