Yes, we are passionate about Flooring, but more than anything we believe in a great team providing fantastic service.About youWe are currently seeking a flooring showroom superstar to champion our instore Interior Design advice and showroom administration.You believe not only in "the sale", but the positive experience that great service brings to the customer. You are confident in yourself and feel comfortable meeting homeowners on their level, and guiding them through their flooring, colour, and interior design decisions. We believe in making everything easy for our customers. This starts in the showroom and alongside fantastic service and advice, you will bring a high level of attention to detail in all showroom administration. Ideally you are:Experienced in customer service – with a real desire to understand what our customers needA strong team playerExperienced and/or a strong interest in interior fashions, colour and designA self-starter, with a desire to keep the showroom looking fantasticCompetent with computers and usual software packagesAbout the roleThis role is about ensuring the showroom is always looking great and our customers have a fantastic experience from the moment they enter our showroom.No previous flooring experience is necessary as training will be provided, however a keen interest/experience in interior fashions, design and colour is important. Good process is an important part of providing our customers great service, and this role will assist in driving good processes through our residential team.
