The Role is responsible for:
As a flooring installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch flooring installations to our valued clients. You will work alongside a talented team of professionals, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Preparing floors ready for new floor coverings
Coving and welding vinyl flooring
Fitting of finishing accessories for flooring
Customer facing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work independently with less supervision
Able to provide solutions to issues quickly and effectively
About You:
At least 3 years' experience in tile, carpet, and vinyl flooring installation
Knowledge of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and tools
Hardworking and flexible with working hours
Physically fit and able to undertake regular lifting
