Ready for a change in 2024? The Flooring Centre is looking for a Flooring Installation Project Manager to join our experienced team.
You will be working closely with industry experienced professionals including Company Directors, Sales, Procurement, Scheduling and Administration Teams.
You will interact directly with clients on site, client Project Managers, site Foreman, our important on- staff installation staff as well as our highly skilled contract installers.
The Installation Project Manager's primary role is to ensure that each project is delivered to a high quality and on time, while focusing also on the health & safety and profitability of the project.
What does the role entail?
Daily liaison for project planning, staff management, systems, health & safety and processes.
Managing internal and external communications effectively with all stakeholders to ensure quality project completion within time and budget.
Accurate planning and assessment of job sites as required, ensuring project is completed to meet budget and time restraints.
Work through various trade, logistical and on-site problems and provide acceptable and workable solutions.
Daily management, mentoring and general assistance of the Installation team from dispatch to job completion.
Manage project delivery timelines with appropriate planning, resourcing and reporting.
Day to day problem solving to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed to a high standard.

Ability to work in a fast paced and fluid environment. With multiple projects on the go, we need someone who thrives on being highly organised and working simultaneously on different sites.

Effective in all aspects of project planning and quality reporting skills.
