We are currently looking for a proactive and dedicated Floor Operations Supervisor to join our team and help lead our department to new heights.Position Summary:As a Floor Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are visually appealing, and our customers receive excellent service.
You will work closely with the Grocery Manager to maintain a clean, organized, and well-run department, providing support to team members and driving sales.Hours:Tuesday - Saturday.
Full-time role with 40 hours.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily activities in the grocery department, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.Maintain accurate product pricing and ensure shelves are stocked and organized.Train, guide, and support grocery team members, promoting teamwork and a positive work environment.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in a grocery or retail supervisory role (1-2 years preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and stocking products.What we offer:Hands-on training and mentoring.If you're a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for food, customer service, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
