Floor And Bar Staff Required

Northland's most iconic eatery, The Quay, is looking for a new full-time manager to run our flagship restaurant. This position would suit someone who loves hospitality, has extensive restaurant experience, is on a working holiday visa, and is wanting to settle in New Zealand and make it home. For the right candidate, we will sponsor you and guide you through the immigration process.
What we want from you:
Passion
Attention to detail
Great people management skills
Extensive knowledge in restaurant etiquette
Understanding of KPIs and the need to run the restaurant as a business
A good understanding of cocktails, wines, and craft beer (a plus but not essential)
The Quay is located in the beautiful town basin of Whangarei, right on the Marina with exceptional views of the Hatea River. Short-term accommodation can be provided, but this is a serious role, and your own accommodation should be sought in time.
