Our team members are some of the first responders to attend disasters and catastrophic events, specializing in insurance building repairs and restoration services. Our teams are involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould and catastrophic storm damage.

Working alongside our highly experienced technicians your role will see you learning and working in all aspects of the restoration industry. This will include but is not limited to mould remediation, fire damage restoration cleaning, water restoration, structural drying, manifesting and contents restoration.

Restoration equipment to complete works
Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Perform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports, scope of works and quotations on damage and loss including inventory of contents.
Carrying out mould remediation, structural drying and fire restoration services in conjunction with building reinstatement repairs.
Maintain a high level of communication, liaising with major stakeholders, including insurer, loss adjuster and insured.
Set up, handling and usage of specialized restoration equipment.
Maintaining a high level of Health and Safety, ensuring all industry standards are adhered to.
Potential for regional and interstate travel required to provide support during catastrophic events.
Respond to after hours and weekend work on a roster schedule.
Requirements:
Background in building and contents restoration and/or background in cleaning/carpet cleaning preferred.
Will need to complete a medical including drug testing.
Willing to travel for work.
Respond to after hours and weekend work.
Valid Driver's License.
Police Check.
