We are currently seeking applications from suitably experienced individuals for the role of FLM Technician. We have 2 positions available working minimum 30 hours per week.
Key accountabilities for the role include but are not limited to:
Diagnosis and Maintenance of the hardware and system resetting
Perform preventative maintenance
Troubleshooting network connection, server, router, communication error with the system
Resetting Router's Network Terminating Unit and other network related components
Run different tests to diagnose faults like dispenser error, card reader error, receipt printer error by operatingATM software and perform manually if required by using tools
Reconfigure hardware to resolve issues such as faults such, receipt printer jam, power failure, figure configuration, dispenser error, card reader error, receipt printer error
Run different tests to diagnose faults of the software
Determine proper operation of various sensors in equipment, ensure proper operation of transport belts, pick module and dispenser shutter
Ensuring that the security of system by regularly changing the safe, alarm codes, encryption keys and replacement of safe pin pad batter
Providing technical assistance to other staff physically or remotely
Analyzing, troubleshooting and correcting network problems remotely and on-site.
Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
File and print sharing.
System Security.
Backing up data
Checking connectivity of server to all computers in the company
The network, operating systems and all applications function properly
Successfully utilize all testing equipment's
To be in contact with the internet service providers (if and when required) to ensure that the roper functions of thehardware
To update data and client details
Maintaining all the client information and their data
Analysing and testing ATM machines, equipment and diagnose faults or technical errors
Maintaining ATM in working condition by adjusting and resetting or reprogramming the system
Diagnose and resolve network error including lost communications, cable and encryption keys.
Diagnose and resolve server issues including routers NTU, modem, encryption key
Replacement of pin pad battery
Advising IT help desk or branch manager of various banks for right procedures to prevent breakdown.
The Successful Candidate will need:
Flexibility to work rostered shifts Monday to Sunday
Full training will be provided
3 years experience/knowlegde in IT software OR
Minimum Diploma level 5 qualification or higher
FLM technician experience preferred but not necessary
