With such a diverse range of businesses under one umbrella, employment with GCHA offers challenge, fun and an opportunity to be part of a tight knit team, as well as part of an organisation that really makes a difference to the communities we work in.We are looking for a Flight Crew Check & Training Manager to provide instruction for Flight Crew Medics on helicopter crewing, including hoist operations (land, boat and water), NVG operations, pilot-assist tasks including navigation, radio communications, aircraft safety both airborne and on the ground, emergency scene management and managing robust check processes.
This will ensure that all Flight Crew Medics meet the required standards, and ensure standardisation of all crew training and procedures across the company.You will need to have excellent self-motivation, resilience and discipline and be flexible and adaptable.
You will be fit, healthy and able to cope with pressure.
This is a leadership role and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve consistently high standards is critical.Extensive aircrew experience in helicopter emergency medical services and experience in the design and delivery of training in an adult learning environment is essential.At GCH Aviation, safety is everything and we have a Diamond Safety Award to support this.
