This will ensure that all Flight Crew Medics meet the required standards, and ensure standardisation of all crew training and procedures across the company.You will need to have excellent self-motivation, resilience and discipline and be flexible and adaptable. You will be fit, healthy and able to cope with pressure. This is a leadership role and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve consistently high standards is critical.Extensive aircrew experience in helicopter emergency medical services and experience in the design and delivery of training in an adult learning environment is essential.At GCH Aviation, safety is everything and we have a Diamond Safety Award to support this.
