)Education support towards your growth, including an individual learning budget per year, free access to LinkedIn Learning and moreTwo paid volunteer days each year to give back to causes that matter to youHealth and wellbeing support including a subsidy and an innovative Employee Assistance ProgramAbout the role..This position is responsible for the supply of operational support and customer service relating to vehicle registration renewals, road user charges, fuel cards, rental/transportation vehicles, FBT, infringements and roadside assistance.The successful candidate is also responsible for sharing their knowledge of the processes and procedures and is therefore responsible for the ongoing training of the fleet services team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Tasks and responsibilities..Provide support to the Manager, Fleet Services by acting as the first point of escalation, audit and quality control of processes and calls across the business, working effectively with the wider Fleet Services team to ensure the department's accountabilities are met including support of the vision and goals of the company to provide superior service aligned with the client's needs and the organisation's business objectivesResponsible for the face-to-face training for the existing team members and the onboarding and training of new employees, and support the Manager, Fleet Services with ongoing process improvementThoroughly and efficiently respond to customer calls and enquiries, supply and cancel fuel cards and toll tags, renew registrations and process infringements, in strict accordance with the Company processes, whilst maintaining KPIs and ensuring all deadlines are metEstablish and maintain good relationships with all suppliers (Fuel, Toll, Roadside Assistance, Infringement and NZTA) ensuring they are paid in a timely manner, costs allocated appropriately, and accounts reconciledEnsure all company databases, documentation and filing systems are accurate and up to date, and accurately follow the Customer Complaints Management processMaintain courteous and productive relationships within your team and cross-functionally with other teamsSkills and experience..Experience in a customer service role in a senior capacityDemonstrates a high-level attention to detailGood working knowledge of the MS Office suite of applicationsCan solve problems through to complete resolution for customers in a timely and effective mannerDemonstrates strong organisational and prioritisation skills to meet specified deadlines and reports regularly on progressDemonstrates excellent listening skills, and effectively seeks clarification on requests/instructionsWhat's next..We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offers work-life balance and career development.We are a proud equal opportunity employer.
