Details of the offer

Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): Maintenance Planning and Coordination : Manage all maintenance planning and control activities, including AOG and out-of-service aircraft events.
Develop scheduled maintenance forecasts based on flight operations analysis.
Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure all maintenance management functions comply with DARs Part M requirements.
Report deviations from technical quality standards to the Accountable Manager.
Ensure all technical information and specifications are approved and up-to-date.
Scheduled Maintenance and Modifications : Ensure all scheduled maintenance is carried out per the approved program.
Manage modifications and repairs, ensuring they meet approved standards and incorporate instructions for continued airworthiness.
Airworthiness Directives and Records Management : Ensure all applicable AD, SB, SI, and operational directives are applied within the prescribed period.
Maintain continued airworthiness records in accordance with DAR Part M. Ensure the Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft remains valid.
Documentation and Review : Ensure all forms, documents, records, files, manuals, publications, and maintenance records are periodically reviewed and handled according to Textron Aviation Standard Practice CSP 3-4, "Record Retention."
Coordination with Material Management : Coordinate with material management to ensure parts supply aligns with work packages.
Review and implement additional New Zealand Defense Force airworthiness requirements as appropriate.
What you need to be successful: National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA), or equivalent secondary school certification/degree required Graduate Diploma strongly desired in: Aviation Management Engineering Supply Chain Related Field Airframe & Powerplant license or equivalent preferred Minimum 7 years of relative aviation experience required At least two years should be within a CAA/EASA/Military Part M Sub-Part G, Part 145 organization in a comparative position (i.e.
Deputy Quality Manager, Quality Auditor/Training).
Ability to legally work in New Zealand is required Must be able to obtain RNZAF Basic security clearance for base access Being a self-starter with strong planning, organizational, written and verbal communication, and negotiating skills is helpful.
The ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, analyze situations objectively, make sound decisions, and interpret budgets and finance data is helpful.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as solid computer skills, are required.
Knowledge of EASA/EMAR applicable rules (Part 21, 66, 145, 147 & Part M, Sub-part G) #J-18808-Ljbffr
