In this role, your responsibilities will be:Continual contact with clients, contractors, chauffeurs, and other company offices and licensees.Be self-motivated, support, and motivate other team members.Oversee all aspects of fleet dispatch and deal directly with contractors.Continuously monitor the efficiency and performance of the fleet, looking for ways to improve productivity to reduce errors.Ensure smooth changeover with the next person taking over the shift, including allocating all jobs and checking flights to their correct pick-up times.Key RequirementsAbility to set and re-set tasks throughout the day.Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan resources effectively.Flexible shift work including evenings and weekends.Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume taxi or transport dispatch position would be viewed favorably but not necessary.Professional and friendly manner with professional presentation.Advanced computer skills.BenefitsModern office in Mascot.Immediate start.Dynamic and energetic company culture.Career progression.Onsite, covered parking.
