The Role Our Fleet network is the strength behind New Zealand Couriers, requiring you to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the capability to remain calm under pressure. You will support the Branch Manager to ensure the continued success and seamless operations of our Hawkes Bay and Gisborne fleet operation, where you will manage the Fleet and Wage Drivers.
The prime responsibility of this role involves managing the day-to-day running of our fleet operations, leading the courier contractors, and supporting the branch operations ensuring a premier level of service to our customers. You will have strong leadership capabilities and an aptitude to train, develop, and mentor others.
This role is Monday to Friday in operational hours; however, it requires a degree of flexibility. It is located at our Hawkes Bay Branch in Onekawa, Napier.
