We provide complete training in product knowledge and sales.The Role:Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture.Achieve personal sales targets through achieving excellence in customer service.Contribute and add value to the team by demonstrating a willing, positive, happy attitude.Support your team members to success.Learn to process, clean, and merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standard.Be prepared to understand and execute back of house paperwork and procedures.The roster is for 22 hours per week and the days are as follows:Monday - 08:30 am till 3:00 pmAbout you:You must love people and be able to listen and talk to anyone.You will be confident and enthusiastic.You will be professionally presented and well-spoken.Have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store.Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities.We're after someone with initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligent, punctual, and reliable.Flexibility is a MUST; this role will help pick up some slack during our peak trading times.In return:You will be provided with full training in our exquisite product.You will be trained and coached in selling and customer service.You will be able to earn commission on top of your hourly rate.You will benefit from belonging to a large group; from discounts to career progression.
