Fixed-Term Grocery Supervisor

Retail Assistants (Retail & Consumer Products) Full time We're looking for an experienced leader for Fixed Term Parental Leave Cover.
The Role As a Grocery Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Leading the day-to-day operations of the Grocery Department (mornings) including leading a team of Grocery Assistants Assessing daily needs of the team and adjusting priorities as they change Ensuring the shop is full and appealing throughout the hours of trade Escalating issues to the Grocery Manager/Duty Manager Supporting the development of the team and contributing to a positive store culture Our Grocery Supervisor will be someone who has a co-operative spirit and an eye on the bigger picture.
The Grocery Supervisor will primarily be rostered mornings, Tuesday to Saturday, 4am - 2pm.
About You You will already have a good understanding of supermarket operations; this experience may be from within the Grocery Department or elsewhere in the store.
You will also have: Strong organisational skills and the ability to time manage Communication skills with a strong customer focus Ability to set the tone of the shift with a positive and engaging manner This is a great opportunity to further your journey within the store and pathway as a leader.
