This is both one of those rare places were both customers and staff really want to be there!
Which makes it a rare moment that we are on the look out to find the right person to fill the role for a fixed term contract chef to cover the extended leave from late October to Mid January.
The position involves weekend shifts and evenings, minimum 35hrs per week, working with a small but passionate team.
Job Description:
Follow the Maintenance of health and safety issues.
Meeting the hygiene requirements.
Set up stations in accordance to the business par levels and keep stocked for service
Preparation & presentation of food items in accordance with menu items.
Communicating with the kitchen staff and the front of house staff to ensure the smooth running of each shift.
Maintain a great relationship with staff with your great sense of humour.
Reporting to both the Head Chef and the General Manager.
You must already have the rights or already hold the correct visa needed to be considered for this role.
