Engineering Services Rotorua Ltd, a trusted name in manufacturing log handling and tree harvesting equipment for over 50 years, is on the lookout for a talented Fitter Technician to join our team.As a Fitter Technician, your role will involve:dismantling new excavators and forestry machines for modificationreassembling modified components into full forestry machinesassembling our state-of-the-art tree harvesters and grapples.What We're Looking ForWe need someone who's mechanically savvy and ready to get hands-on.
Ideally, you'll bring:A trade qualification and at least five years of experience in a similar role as a mechanic or fitter in the forestry industry, or alternatively in the automotive electrical industryA passion for learning and problem-solvingThe ability to interpret and follow designs and drawings accuratelyAn eye for detail and commitment to top-notch workmanshipA strong focus on health and safety—it's critical in our industrySelf-motivation, time management skills, and the ability to work independentlyA team player's mindset and great communication skills.Here's your chance to work with industry-leading equipment and a company renowned for innovation and quality.
